Registration

Please Note: If you are registering for another attendee, you should make an account and select the option to register “someone else”. The system will then prompt you to search the system to see if the attendee is already in the system. If they are not, then you will be able to input the attendee’s first and last name as well as the email address.  Both the person registering as well as the attendee will receive the letters of confirmation.  The email field for the attendee is not required, in the event it is not provided by the person completing registration, it will be up to you to forward any necessary information.

Confirmation of Registration

Confirmation letters are sent automatically through the registration portal as soon as registration/payment is complete. It also appears on the screen. If you do not receive a confirmation, you can log back into the system to view your account at any time (note this only works after you have completed the registration). You can download/print confirmation letters and other detail as needed. If you do not receive the emailed copy of the confirmation, you should check your junk/spam filters. You can also contact OSU conferences at [email protected] or the UESI Conference Planner, Laura Dwyer if you need the confirmation registration email re-sent.

Payment Information

Acceptable forms of payments include:

  • Credit card: VISA, Mastercard or Discover - upon completion of online registration
  • There is no ability to accept payment via check

Cancellations/Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected] by Monday, May 20, 2024 

Cancellation requests received by that time will receive a refund of registration fees minus a $75.00 administrative fee. Substitutions may be allowed. Please contact the conference organizers for approval.

Please note that we are unable to process refunds if it has been more than SIX (6) months since the original charge.

Additional event tickets will be fully refunded if canceled in writing by Monday, May 20, 2024 There are no cancellation refunds after Monday, May 20, 2024

ASCE cannot refund registration fees after this registration cut-off date due to an individual's inability to obtain a visa, so please file your international travel paperwork as far in advance as possible in order to be eligible for a refund prior to the registration cut-off date.
